Mindfulness Taster Session

When we step out of the speed of our mind, we open up to the possibility of experiencing ourselves and the world around us in a new, fresh way. Life then becomes more fulfilling, rich and interesting.

Mindfulness Taster Session in BristolThe mindfulness taster session will offer an opportunity to see how it is just to ‘be’, fully present with all that is happening, without having to ‘do’ anything. You will have a chance to experience mindfulness techniques in a simple, introductory form, and all that is required is your willingness to participate.

We will introduce you to mindfulness practices that will help you settle into your body, bring attention to the breath and develop a more intimate connection with your mind. There will also be some gentle stretching exercises.

The session is suitable to all those who want to explore whether attending a longer mindfulness programme is for them.

Handouts and refreshments will be provided.
