How Does it Work?

During the sessions you will learn different mindfulness practices, including mindfulness of breathing, the body scan, short ‘mini-meditations’, mindful movement, and others. If you wish, home practice assignments can be given to familiarise yourself fully with the different aspects of mindfulness between each session.

If you are already familiar with mindfulness, we can focus on particular aspects of practices you want to develop or use the sessions to help you re-establish a regular mindfulness routine.

In addition to your one-to-one sessions you will receive:

  • MP3 sound files with guided meditations
  • handouts and notes for each session
  • additional email support if required
  • a list of mindfulness resources

Each session is 60 minutes long.

All you need is Skype or Google+ installed on your computer, a webcam and speakers. Sessions can be also held over the phone.

Investment

Individual sessions – £50/session
A bundle of 8 sessions – £350 (£43.75/session)

Payment is made securely via Paypal before each session.
